This section addresses some of the most common questions about LogoSpruce. Illustrator 10 SupportQ: Can I use LogoSpruce with Illustrator 10? A: Yes! Comnet has released LogoSpruce for Illustrator 10, available as a free update for all current users. To receive instructions for the update, please contact us at international@comnet-network.co.jp Registering LogoSpruceQ: I entered my LogoSpruce registration code when starting Illustrator, but when I restart Illustrator the next time, it asks me for my registration code again! How can I solve this? A: It's important to exit Illustrator using the "File > Exit" command. If you don't, Illustrator may not save your registration information correctly. If you're still having trouble registering LogoSpruce, your Illustrator preferences file might be corrupted. Please delete your preferences file and try registering LogoSpruce again. (The preferences file is called "AIPrefs" in Windows, and "Illustrator Preferences" in Mac OS.) Drawing Closed PathsQ: When I use LogoSpruce's hyper pen tools, I'm having trouble drawing a closed path. Why? A: Have you turned on LogoSpruce's autoguides? If you turn on the Auto-guides (object) your cursor will change when you are over an end-point of a path. Click on the end point of a path to finish your drawing, and you will have drawn a closed path.
